Can support approve or fund my loan?
No. Credit N Lending is a marketplace. A matched lender or lending partner makes final underwriting, approval, funding, and account decisions.
Should I send my Social Security number or bank details by email?
No. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank-account details, passwords, or other sensitive application information through ordinary email. Use the secure application flow or contact the lender handling your application.
Who should I contact about an existing loan?
Contact the lender shown in your loan documents or lender portal. That lender manages payment, payoff, account, and servicing questions.
How can I report a website, content, or disclosure issue?
